Personal training is for anyone that likes to work towards a goal under supervision. We start with an intake in which you state your initial wishes, expectations and goals. In addition we do a zero measurement. Based on these sources of information, I will create a training plan that suits you best. The training will take place at Revanu in Amsterdam South. Or at a external location like outdoors.
